    2. Define the Core Problem

    Clearly describe the pain point or challenge your product addresses.

    3. Present Your Solution

    Explain what you are building and how it solves the problem.
    Highlight the core value proposition and what makes it better, faster, or more efficient than current alternatives.

    4. Market Opportunity

    Show the size and growth potential of the market.

    Include:

    TAM – Total Addressable Market

    SAM – Serviceable Available Market

    SOM – Serviceable Obtainable Market

    Explain why the market is large and expanding.

    5. Traction & Proof of Progress

    Demonstrate early validation and momentum.
